I had so much fun creating the kiddos’ meals this week! I feel like they were all pretty diverse, mainly healthy, and colorful! Also, the boys seemed to really enjoy them! They especially enjoyed the samosas that their granny made them on Monday! Check out the charcuterie boards that I made the kids this week. Day 1: Sliced cucumbers, baby carrots, golden kiwi, green grapes, and homemade samosas (made by my mother in law)
Day 2: Coconut milk yogurt w/ chia seeds, almonds, raspberries, and blackberries, baby carrots, cucumbers, granola bars, tangerine slices, and ritz crackers
Day 3: Pea snacks, spinach wrap w/ vegan chicken, spinach, vegan cheese, and BBQ sauce, lettuce w/ avocado dressing dip, green apples, asian pears, and green grapes
Day 4: Cheese + spinach quesadillas, multigrain tortilla chips w/salsa, apples, golden kiwi, and baby carrots
Day 5: Lettuce w/ avocado dressing dip, veggie chips, pb + honey sandwiches on Dave’s Killer bread, golden kiwi, tangerine slices, and blackberries
